Introduction: Parathyroid carcinoma (PC) accounts for <1% of all forms of primary hyperparathyroidism. PC is characterized by very high serum PTH and calcium levels and presents with osteopenia/osteoporosis, nephrolithiasis, asthenia, neuropsychiatric symptoms.
